An identified person from Sight Cast will be waiting for the clients after immigration and pick up of their luggage. All measures have been taken to guarantee a safety arrival of anglers.

There will be a car ready to transfer passengers to the Hotel; usually it will be in a Van with A/C. From the International and National Airport to the Hotel is a 10-minute trip. The client will also be able to choose a Hotel in Caracas, which is a 45-50 minute trip. Most anglers will stay at the Best western Puerto Viejo Inn. There are very good seafood restaurants located less than 5 minutes from this hotel. Since anglers usually arrive very late at night and depart early in the morning, we recommend this hotel instead of Hotels in Caracas for regular packages.

The next morning is an early pick-up and transfer to the airport for the flight to Gran Roque. The main airline that will provide this service is Aerotuy (Linea Turistica Aerotuy LTA). LTA is a Venezuelan conglomerate that owns an airline and hotels in Venezuela. It departs from the National Airport located at La Guaira to Los Roques every day. It's a 35-minute flight on a DASH 7. The estimated flight departure times are 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. from Caracas to Los Roques, and 6:00 p.m. from Los Roques to Caracas.

On the last day you will return to Caracas after fishing and be transferred to your Hotel for the night. If you are flying out the next morning, your transfer driver will take you to the airport and assist with your check-in.

Vistalmar offers a large variety of food such as: fish, chicken, meat, pasta, vegetables, salads, potatoes, rice, plantains, etc. Juices, coffee, and dessert, all served in a beach front personal atmosphere every night. Anglers can also enjoy all types of drinks at the lodge´s bar. All the food is gourmet, served at the table and specially cooked for our guests.

Lunch may vary, it usually consists of a sandwich (turkey, roast beef, chicken, etc.), or chicken, salads, pasta, with coke or juice and desert. Lunch is served between 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. close to the area of fishing for that day.
